Since being established in the UK in 1986, they have granted over 7,300 wishes.<\/p>\n<p>There are 20,000 children and young people living in the UK with a life-threatening condition.<\/p>\n<p>This year alone, 1,400 children will turn to them to have their special wish granted. I know from personal experience that wishes transform lives!<\/p>\n<p>Make-A-Wish needs to raise \u00a36.8m in 2012 to achieve this, and I intend to raise as much money as I can to contribute towards this enormous figure.
